UNO-2160 random vibration

In addition to 50G Anti-shock & 2G Anti-vibration robust design, UNO-2160 now has passed the 1G random vibration test with HDD inside.

Purpose: 1G Vibration boardband random test
Test Standard: Reference IEC68-2-64 Testing procedures
Test Condition:
1. Test with HDD
2. Test PSD: 0.002G²/Hz, 1 Grms
3. System condition: Operation mode/ add rubber for wall mount
4. Test Frequency: 5-500Hz
5. Test Axis: X,Y and Z axis
6. Test Time: 1hr per each axis

Performance Criteria:
Electronic function check:
1. All system functions must be checked with appropriate testing programs and should pass the inspection.
2. Running WinXP for OS and the system should not have degradation in its performance.
Mechanical function check:
1. The cover and connectors should work properly without any interference.
2. All screws should be tightened up appropriately.
3. All gaps on the surface remained steady.
4. The assembly/disassembly of the system enclosure or mechanical parts must be smooth, and no deformed parts should be found.

Test Result :
1. There is no damage in electronic or mechanical functions and degradation has not been found.
2. Performance is maintained without physical damage or degradation.
3. The system needs to use 4 rubbers to reduce vibration effect to pass vibration test.
Conclusion :
The UNO-2160 universal network controller meets random vibration test. It's perfect solution for high-vibration environment and vehicle applications.
