New launch of iPlanet Forum

In September of 2011, Advantech will launch iPlanet forum for technical knowledge discussions and information sharing in different vertical market and embedded technology.

The features of this forum include consultant discussion, project request and sharing experience. In this forum, participants can easily find success stories and share their unique experience and skills. This forum also provides participants with system integration and project planning tools.

The topics of the forum included in the three major zones are Industrial Automation, Embedded computing, and Intelligent Services. The sub-topics of the each zones are shown in the below chart.

When doing a project, the technical knowledge is a critical point to help project success. There are many of different question will come out during system design, select project, specification check, function testing, debug…etc. This forum provides a good platform to let the global partner to ask questions, discuss and get answers. There will be some technical experts internally or externally to be the host helping to answer questions if there is no answer from other participants. The technical solution also can be discuss or even debate here. After the technical solution is come out and implemented successfully, we will tracking and encourage people to share the experience.

So whether in-depth technical problem or any technical questions you can easy to found answer in forum, even if you simply do not know technical specifications or the structure of the whole system planning, through the forum you can find a satisfactory answer.

In the WPC event, for example in the selected topic, we will discuss Intelligent and Cloud application. To find a proper solution system, we can exchange views and experience sharing, to help partner and customer achieve their various fields of innovative applications. In addition, the ecosystem’s knowledge or discussion related to our topics will join the forum.
