Taipei, Taiwan, May, 26, 2006 ¡V Advantech has just released its latest Open HMI product, the TPC-1570H. Featuring a 15" TFT LCD touchscreen, the TPC-1570H is designed for industrial-grade high-end applications, such as in automatic production lines or for supervisory applications. For optimal performance, it uses a high performance Intel® Celeron® M Processor (up to 1GHz), and is designed as a fanless, rugged unit with an Al-Mg alloy front panel, compliant with NEMA4/ IP65.
This versatile new unit also provides multiple standard communication ports, three serial ports, dual Ethernet ports, dual USB 2.0 ports, one PS/2 port and one parallel port. TPC-1570H's downward I/O cabling design provides easy wiring options with a user-friendly interfaces. For applications where spindle free storage is not critical, a fast-access HDD module can be used, anti-vibration with 1grms.
Like other touch panel computers from Advantech, the TPC-1570H supports Windows® 2000, XP, XP Embedded, and Windows CE5.0. With its rugged, yet slim Al-Mg enclosure, and tested with powerful software, the TPC-1570H is available now.
