Each assembly line works with a corresponding Standard Operating Process (SOP). With the ambition of consolidating the core competence of CTOS, a systematic and efficient management of SOP is highly required and, in fact, we make it!

We are pleased to share our e-SOP implementation with you. The soul of the system is a NETPC: one NETPC can be connected with, at most, thirty users/monitors which are enabled to access the host independently and simultaneously, sharing the resources but not disturbing each other. The management and maintenance of a NETPC is simple and convenient, favoring a cost down IT investment and taking advantages of centralized computing. With the system, it is easy to find the correct document, saving searching time and preventing assembly errors from using a wrong SOP. Plans and pictures are clear as well. e-SOP allows our engineers to zoom in pictures and see them in a transparent manner; therefore reducing missing assembly parts or mistakes. The system centrally manages all SOPs thus the possibility of misuse between new and old versions greatly decreases; records and data can be tracked quickly and effortlessly, benefiting the repeated order production. Each project, in addition, is subjected to the standardized management and centralized control. Every document and record is securely kept with no need to worry about lost.
