Advantech’s Latest High Performance Industrial Servers with Longevity Support and Revision Control

Advantech, the leading embedded platform and integration services provider, has just announced a new range of high performance industrial servers from their new iServer division. Three new high-performance industrial servers have just been released along with a high-performance server board. The new servers are targeted at high-end Industrial applications in Medical Imaging, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and surveillance DVR/NVR.

Each of the servers delivers high processor computing power and massive storage capacities. Each server is powered by two socket 1366 Intel Xeon 55xx/56xx processors and up 8 x hot-swap SATA/SAS HDDs. They are designed with redundant features for mission critical applications, and crucially offer between 5 ~ 7 years of component supply longevity support and strict revision control. Redundant features include: Hot-Swap HDDs, Power Supply Units (PSU) and Cooling Fans.
