Introduction:
LCD's
and Touchscreens are optical products
which are needed to operate many automatic
procedures in industrial clean rooms.
Traditional PC's expend a lot of energy
running the Fan and monitoring the system
maintenance, and alot of data can be
lost if there is a system crash or Fan
failure. Our customer was looking for
a more reliable and efficient system
to maintain system performance, stability
and reliability.

Requirements:
All
industrial manufacturing processes require
a highly monitored clean room with reliable
LCD's & Touchscreens to manage the system.
If there is any dust in the room, it can
cause severe errors in the machinery, system,
and interrupt the touchscreen detect function.
Furthermore, if the system is installed
with vision cards, they require high computing
to filter out any failed units, and are
not allowed to use fans in the clean room,
which only attract dust.

Description:
UNO-3072
is installed with a vision card to check
the quality and monitor the manufacturing
procedure through various peripheral devices.
The system can check the manufacturing procedure
automatically, without manual control, recording
the manufacturing information and filtering
out failure units. UNO-3072 also features
built-in rich I/O's and fulfill different
requests from various peripheral devices.
Conclusion:
Equipped
with Intel Pentium M 1.4 GHz CPU, UNO-3072
features fanless design with high reliability
and performance. The compact and front accessible
design make it easy to install in cabinets,
and with two PCI slots it can easily be
installed with Video cards, Fieldbus cards
and more.
