Advantech has released 4 modules in the new BACnet I/O module series, the BAS-3018BC, an 8-ch Universal Input Module, BAS-3024BC, a 4-ch UI, 4-ch AO, 4-ch DO Module, BAS-3050BC, an 8-ch DI, 8-ch DO module, and BAS-3051BC, a 16-ch DI Module. Dam Monitoring and Control System |
Jiaxian Weir is located in the Kaohsiung County in southern Taiwan, about 450 meters upstream from the Jiaxian Bridge. The original equipment that helped control the Jiaxian Weir was damaged by flooding brought by the devastating Typhoon Morakot in 2009. It was important to restore the facility before the next typhoon season to prevent a repeat of the disaster. If it was not completed in time, the construction work might have been destroyed by another flood.

Intelligent Tunnel Lighting Control System |
Provincial Highway No.2 stretches through northeastern Taiwan and is one of the major traffic arteries in the region. Two of the main tunnels on the highway were built many years ago, and their equipment was very outdated, with wires and circuits often breaking down. Moreover, they had no remote control and monitoring system, posing safety and security threats to commuters.
