Advantech’s Latest Fanless Box PC Features
Redundant Ethernet Ports and RAID 0/1 Support

Taipei, Taiwan – November 2009 – The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech has released the UNO-3272, the latest member of the high performance UNO-3200 series of Fanless Box PCs. The UNO-3272 is equipped with a Celeron M 440 1.86GHz CPU, 1 GB DDR2 SDRAM, 2 x Gigabit Ethernet ports with teaming function, 4 x serial communication ports (2 x RS-232/422/485 with Auto Flow Control), 2 x PCI expansion slots, audio, DVI-D, VGA dual video output and 1 x external CompactFlash slot. Moreover, UNO-3272 features built-in RAID 0/1 support allowing users to realize backup storage capabilities just like the excellent UNO-3282, which was updated in October 2009 to also support this functionality.

Equipped with Intel’s Celeron M 440 1.86GHz, UNO-3272’s CPU outperforms other chipsets in the market, providing customers with a cost-effective option with high-performance capabilities.  UNO-3272 also has various built-in I/O interfaces, such as GbE/ COM/ USB/ DVI-D/ Audio, allowing users to easily connect various peripheral devices, saving effort and costs. UNO-3272 supports SATA RAID 0/1 function, allowing customers to backup their operating system, applications, and important data if they have installed two hard drives. The Gigabit LAN port supports teaming function with fault tolerance, link aggregation, and load balance features.
