Advantech Exhibits at Kiosk Europe Expo 2012 |

On the 12th and 13th of June, Advantech attended Kiosk Europe Expo 2012 in Berlin, Germany. Kiosk Europe Expo is the only pan-European trade show in Europe that exclusively offers information and advice on self-service technology. This year the newly renovated building The Station provided an impressive setting for the best Kiosk Europe Expo yet. We chose to exhibit in Kiosk Europe Expo in order to enhance Advantech brand awareness in Europe and particularly in Germany.
Advantech cooperated in a joint booth with software partner Stinova, a leading provider of digital signage software and content services. This enhanced our image as an all-around digital signage solution provider to the retail/kiosk/hospitality markets. We showcased our latest digital signage products, promoted our iService brand, and of course reinforced our relationship with Stinova.

Other exhibitors at Kiosk Europe Expo were mostly focused on kiosk peripherals; there were no other big kiosk players present; by contrast, we looked outstanding. We were happy with the joint experience with Stinova, and are interested in continuing co-exhibition when possible.
Overall traffic at the Expo was over three thousand visitors, and we estimate that around half of those had a look at our well-positioned booth. Potential projects are now under consideration with system integrators from Germany and other European countries involving Adventech's UTC-515 and eKiosk MIO-2261N boards, ARK-DS520 and ARK-DS306, and UTC-532 and ARK-DS520.
