| Low temperature testing is based on MIL-STD-105E to make sure DRAM modules function at low temperatures. |

| High temperature testing is applied to all modules having passed the previous two stages. |

|

| All modules are first tested from room temperature (25°C ) to low temperature (-40°C ), then to high temperature (85°C) before going back to room temperature at (25°C ). |
